Manage & Respond to Reviews
Customer reviews are one of the most valuable assets your business has on Wheree. Responding thoughtfully not only keeps existing customers coming back but also helps you make a great first impression on new ones.

How to Respond Effectively
Wheree encourages you to engage with every review, both positive and negative, to show customers that you genuinely care about their experience.
For 5-star reviews: A warm and sincere thank you goes a long way.

For negative reviews: Stay calm and professional. Acknowledge the issue and offer a solution where possible. Avoid any language that is rude or personally directed at the customer.

The Ground Rules (Review Policy)
To keep the platform fair and transparent for everyone, Wheree has a clear set of rules in place.
Businesses do not have the right to delete or hide customer reviews, even a 1-star one.
Review manipulation is strictly prohibited. This includes offering gifts, discounts, vouchers, or any incentive in exchange for a positive review, or asking customers to remove a negative one.
Your responses must not contain spam, unrelated promotional content, or anything that violates applicable laws.
Reporting a Review
If you believe a review is fake, malicious, or violates our community standards, you can request our admin team to take a look and remove it if necessary.
To help your report get processed as quickly as possible, please select the most accurate reason from the list below.
Inappropriate content: The review contains offensive language, harassment, hate speech, or sensitive material.
Fake review: You have evidence that the review was not based on a real experience, or was posted intentionally to damage your reputation.
Spam or promotion: The review contains suspicious links, promotes another service, or repeats meaningless content.
Wrong business: The customer appears to have confused your business with a different location, for example a similar name or nearby address.
Conflict of interest: The review was left by a former employee or someone closely connected to the business for personal reasons.
To submit a report:
Click the "Report" button next to the review.
Select the most relevant reason from the list above.
Our team will manually review the case and get back to you as soon as possible. Response times may vary depending on the nature of each report.
How Violations Are Handled
Wheree is committed to protecting the experience of all users. If a business is found to have violated the review response policy, for example by attacking a customer or manipulating reviews, the following steps will be taken.
Reminder: For a minor first-time violation.
Official warning: Sent by email and shown in your Dashboard.
Restricted access: The ability to respond to reviews will be suspended for 7 to 30 days.
Verified badge removed: For serious review manipulation.
Permanent account ban: For repeated violations or fraudulent behaviour.
Appealing a Decision
If you disagree with an admin decision, you have the right to submit an appeal directly through our support system. We will review the evidence and get back to you with a final outcome.
