Welcome to the Wheree Business ecosystem. This guide is built on our latest Terms of Service and Verification Policy to help you get set up safely and effectively.
Account Setup & Verification
To protect the integrity of the platform, Wheree requires a straightforward verification process before granting full access.
Step 1: Find or add your business
Head to business.wheree.com/search. If your business is already listed, click “Claim this business” If not, select “Add a business with this name.” Please note that only the legitimate owner or an authorised representative may claim a listing (per Terms Section 2.2).
Step 2: Complete verification (required)
You’ll need to provide evidence of your connection to the business. Accepted documents include a Business Licence/Registration or a VAT/Tax Certificate. Depending on your country: Vietnam requires a Business Licence or Tax ID; the US requires Articles of Organization or an EIN Letter. Documents must be clear, unedited photos taken within the last 3–6 months.
Step 3: Build out your profile
Once verified, you can update your business name (must match your licence exactly, no promotional keywords), address, opening hours, media (photos and videos that accurately reflect your services), and categories (choose the ones that best describe what you offer for better search visibility).
Community Standards & Review Management
Wheree has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behaviour.
Do: Verify using your official business email. Respond to all customer reviews professionally and promptly. Keep your information up to date. Report spam or abusive content right away.
Don’t: Manipulate reviews, this includes incentivising 5-star ratings or creating fake reviews. Add phone numbers or promotional keywords to your business name field. Manage a listing you're not authorised to control. Violations can result in permanent account suspension or loss of admin access (Verification Policy, Section 7).

Paid promotions: Optional plans are available to boost your visibility. These do not affect organic search rankings, keeping things fair for everyone.
Privacy & Data Protection
We protect your business information to GDPR standards. The data we collect includes verification records, operational data (such as customer responses), and financial data if you use paid services. We use this to authenticate identities, prevent fraud, and improve platform performance. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your admin data at any time. Upon account termination, administrative identifiers will be removed in line with applicable law.
