Claim / Add Your Business

On the "Claim your business" page, type your business name into the search bar.

Scenario A: Your business is already on Wheree

If you spot your business name in the dropdown list:

• Select your business by clicking on its name.
• Preview your profile. The system will show you a snapshot of the current listing. Take a moment to review the key details like name, address, and photos. If everything looks right, click "Claim this business" to move forward.

Scenario B: Your business is not yet on Wheree

If nothing comes up in the search:

• Click "Add a business with this name" to create a new listing.
• Fill in the basics including your business name, address, and category.
• Preview your draft. The system will show you what the profile looks like before you submit. Double-check for any errors, and when you are happy with it, click "Start Verification" to continue.

Once you have confirmed your profile in the preview step, you will need to link an admin account to keep your verification progress safe.

Sign in to let Wheree protect your verification session. You can continue with Google or Apple ID.

To receive official admin access (and your verified badge), please submit one of the following:

• Business licence. A clear photo of the original document that is still valid.
• Utility bill. An electricity, water, or internet bill from the last 3 months, with details that match your listing.
• Storefront photo. A real photo clearly showing your signage with the business name and address visible.

Quick tip: Please submit genuine, unedited photos (no AI or Photoshop edits) for the fastest approval. Each file can be up to 10MB.

After submitting your documents, our review team will get back to you as soon as we can. Response times may vary depending on how clear and complete the information you provide is. Accurate, unedited documents with all details clearly visible will help us process your verification much faster.

Good news: while you wait, you can already access your Dashboard (with limited permissions) to do the following.

• Upload photos and videos to your Media Manager.
• Respond to existing customer reviews.
• Track visits to your profile page.

Please note that core details like your business name and address will be temporarily locked until your verification is approved.

Approved: Congratulations! You now have your verified badge and full admin access.

Needs more info: If a photo is unclear or something is missing, you will have 7 days to resubmit.

Ownership dispute: If your location is already claimed by someone else but you are the rightful owner, select "Request access." You will have 3 days to provide the most recent legal documents for our admin team to review.
