Edit / Update Your Profile

To protect the authenticity of verified businesses, Wheree divides information into two groups, each with a different update process.

Group 1: Operational information (updates instantly)

These are details that change frequently. Any edits you make will go live immediately across the map and app.

• Opening hours, including special hours for public holidays.
• Phone number and website.
• Amenities such as free Wifi, parking, or card payment options.
• Short description, great for highlighting new offers or what makes your place special.

Group 2: Core information (requires review)

These are your key identity details. Any changes here will be reviewed by our admin team before they go live.

• Business name, which must match your licence or physical signage.
• Address and map pin location.
• Primary business category, for example switching from "Cafe" to "Restaurant."

• Go to your Dashboard and sign in to your admin account.
• Select "Business Information" to open the edit view.
• Make your changes. For Group 1 details, simply click "Save" and your updates will go live straight away. For Group 2 details, click "Submit" and your request will move to "Pending Review" status.

While a Group 2 change is pending review, your existing information will remain visible to customers so your business runs without any interruption.

Our team will review your request based on how clear and complete the information is. If the change to your name or address looks significantly different from what is currently on file, we may ask you to provide a new photo of your signage to confirm.

If a request is rejected, you will receive a notification with a specific reason, for example if the name contains promotional keywords or the address cannot be verified. Your existing information will continue to show until a valid update is approved.

You can update your media at any time.

• Featured image: Pick your best photo to show up in search results.
• You can upload up to 8 photos with a total size of 20MB.
• All newly uploaded photos go through an automatic review to make sure they meet our community standards.
