Claiming your business gives you an official verified badge that shows customers you are the legitimate owner. More importantly, it unlocks your admin Dashboard where you can update your information, respond to reviews, and access business analytics that regular users cannot see.

I have submitted my verification documents. How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

Wheree does not commit to a fixed processing time. How quickly your submission is approved depends entirely on how clear, accurate, and complete your documents are. The more straightforward and consistent your paperwork is, the smoother the review process will be.

Question 3

Can I change my business address after verification?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. However, your address is considered core information, so any changes will be sent to our admin team for review to make sure the map location stays accurate. While your request is being reviewed, your current address will remain visible so customers can still find you.

Why can I not delete a negative 1-star review?

Accepted Answer

To keep things fair and transparent for the community, Wheree does not allow businesses to remove customer reviews. Instead, we encourage you to respond professionally and address the customer's concern. If you believe a review violates our policies, you can use the "Report" feature to flag it for review.

What should I do if someone else has already claimed my business?

Accepted Answer

Use the Dispute process. When two or more people claim the same listing, we will reach out by email and ask you to provide your most recent legal documents such as a business licence or lease agreement. Our admin team will compare the evidence and return ownership to whoever has the strongest legal proof within 3 business days.

What can I do with "Limited Access" while my verification is pending?

Accepted Answer

Limited Access lets you get a head start on your Dashboard while you wait. You can upload photos and videos through the Media Manager and respond to existing reviews right away. However, you will not be able to edit your business name or address until your verification has been officially approved.

Question 7

Can I manage multiple locations from one account?

Accepted Answer

Free plan: You can manage 1 location only. Business or Chain plan: You can manage unlimited locations under the same brand. You can also use your head office documents to verify all branches together under one account.

Question 8

Can I offer gifts or rewards to customers in exchange for a 5-star review?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. This is considered review manipulation. If our system detects that you have offered vouchers, discounts, or gifts in exchange for positive reviews, your verified badge may be removed or your account permanently banned.

Why is my uploaded photo not showing up right away?

Accepted Answer

All new photos and videos go through an automatic content filter to make sure they meet our community standards, for example checking for sensitive or inappropriate content. This usually only takes a few minutes.

What should I do if my verification is rejected?

Accepted Answer

Do not worry. Check the email from our team for the specific reason. In most cases it is something simple like a blurry photo or poor lighting on the document.
