Your business name on Wheree may be most effective when it matches your official license or physical signage exactly. Please keep in mind that including promotional keywords or phone numbers in the name field may lead to your profile being flagged, as we aim to prioritize authentic representation over keyword manipulation.

To keep your business looking its best, we aim to make information management simple. You may update your photos, menus, and operating hours at any time by navigating to the "Business Information" section within your Wheree for Business dashboard.

Please be aware that profiles with outdated or inconsistent information may see a change in their system display priority, as we strive to connect our community with the most reliable local data.
Reviews & Violation Reporting
Am I allowed to invite customers to write reviews?

However, please be aware that any form of coerced or manipulated reviews is treated as a severe violation of our integrity standards. If a business is found soliciting 5-star ratings through pressure, incentives, or any forced methods, your brand will face immediate suspension. Furthermore, you may be permanently banned from the platform, restricting you from creating any future accounts on Wheree.
What should I do if I suspect a review on my profile is fake, spam, or inaccurate?
Please don't worry because maintaining the integrity of your business profile is our top priority. We aim to carefully monitor and filter content to ensure all feedback is genuine. However, should a suspicious review may slip through our automated systems, you can easily use the "Report/Flag" tool to bring it to our attention.
Once a report is submitted, our team may conduct a detailed investigation. We will keep both you and the reviewer updated via email regarding the outcome of our review.
